A Kabob Night

Good Evening Folks,

I do enjoy having some fun experimenting in the kitchen - everything from baking a banana bread & cupcakes, to a huge pot of homemade chili or a juicy pork tenderloin with all the fix-ins! I hope you don't mind, but I would love to post some of my kitchen creations from time to time.

Friday was kabob night; steak, onions, red, orange, and yellow peppers tossed in Olive Oil and Montreal Steak Spice, BBQ'd to perfection on a wooden kabob. For my sides I tossed up a green salad with balsamic dressing and a potato salad, paired with a nice glass of white wine. Turned out pretty fantastic I have to say!
